Bridging the gap

A new footbridge has been constructed in town to allow pedestrians cross over a busy railway line while the barriers are down. It was officially opened up to the public today so i went along to grab a few shots. It is quite a climb with 48 steps on one side and 51 on the other. Yes I was sad enough to count them.Quite an interesting structure with some great reflections on the top of the bridge as you can see from some of the shots.

Grey Wagtails

This afternoon after work I took a quick down by the river on my way to get Lunch from the chip shop. I heard and then spotted the pair of Grey Wagtails near the locks. I didn't have my big lens with me but grabbed a few shots.
